As he stood, knees shaking, Kristi immediately grabbed his legs and asked if he was ok. In that moment, he couldn’t put together a sentence; all he knew was that he loved every little thing about her. She was everything he ever wanted but everything that he believed never existed. As he tried to speak every word he was feeling, he dropped to one knee and asked the four words every woman dream of hearing, “Will you marry me”? Kristi looked at Adam and as tears rolled down her eyes, she placed her hands on his face, pressed her lips on his; breath against breath, she reiterated all the feelings in that moment and the unmatched love she has for him; a love that she always prayed of having but never believed she was deserving of. Crowds of people watched and cried but they would have never known it if they hadn’t looked up. In this moment, just like every moment together, all they saw was each other.
Kristi never “technically” said yes, but by the ring of her finger, this wedding website and not to mention the infinite amount of love she has for Adam, I think it’s safe to say, it’s a YES!
Adam and I do not take for granted the love that we have for one another; united, we ask you, friends, and family, to share our day with us as we make a commitment to one another and to our children. Exchanging vows, on the serene beachfront of Puerto Vallarta, in front of each and every one of you, represents who we are and the journey we lay ahead. The beauty of the ocean represents our new beginning, the culture of Mexico represents who we are and what we love, and a week of celebrations represents the happiness and laughter we share with one another and the love that we carry for each of you. Each of you hold a special place in our hearts and hope you can join us when we say, “I do”!
